We are excited to announce that on Tuesday, September 8th we will be reopening our Plymouth office! This clinic is located in Suite 100 of the Plymouth City Center Medical Building on the south side of 37th Avenue North, between Vicksburg Lane and Plymouth Boulevard.
The Plymouth office will be back to “business as usual” and will offer Family Medicine, Colon & Rectal, and Obstetrics & Gynecology specialty services. Podiatry services will resume on September 14th, 2020. Walk in appointments will be offered, along with the following services:
Diabetic services will not be provided at the Plymouth office at this time.
