The Minnesota Academy of Family Physicians (MAFP) is seeking nominations from the general public (patients), clinic administrators, MAFP members and family medicine colleagues for the Minnesota Family Physician of the Year.
About the Award
Minnesota Family Physician of the Year recognizes a family physician member who represents the highest ideals of the specialty of family medicine, including caring, comprehensive medical service and community involvement.
To be eligible, the nominee must be an active member of the MAFP, although involvement in the MAFP is not required.
Nominations for this year's award will be accepted through March 29, 2021.
