The drive-through clinic will take place at our Plymouth and Crystal locations during the following days and times:

Flu shots are by appointment only. Anyone receiving the flu shot must be over the age of 1 year old. You do not need to be a current Voyage Healthcare patient to receive a flu shot.
When you arrive at one of the above Voyage Healthcare locations, please refer to the signs which provide instructions where to enter the parking lot. You'll be required to stay in your vehicle and ensure that everyone in your vehicle is wearing a mask.
