• Cold/Flu/Sinus Infection/Sore Throat/COVID/Fever
• Conjunctivitis and pink eye
• Diarrhea or vomiting
• Ear pain
• Gout attacks
• Heartburn/indigestion
• Infant care concerns
• Insect bites/stings
• Minor allergic reactions/hives
• Minor cuts or burns
• Rashes
• Skin and nail infections
• Sports injuries like acute sprains or fractures
• STI testing and treatment
• Vaginitis and yeast infections
• Wound care

• Anaphylaxis or severe allergic reaction
• Confused elder
• Cuts or lacerations with severe bleeding
• Diabetic ketoacidosis
• Elderly falls
• Electrocution
• Heart attack-like symptoms
• Loss of consciousness
• Overdose or poisoning
• Seizures
• Severe dehydration
• Severe shortness of breath or breathing difficulties
• Severe pain
• Severe vomiting or vomiting blood
• Stroke-like symptoms such as sudden onset of weakness, speech or vision changes
• Substance withdrawal
• Suicidal ideation

• Annual physicals and well child checks
• Care of chronic medical issues (such as high blood pressure, diabetes, chronic pain, or other longstanding medical issue)
• Completion of paperwork
• Follow up visits after lab, imaging or testing
• Hospital or emergency room follow up visits
• Medication check
