COVID-19 Testing and Vaccinations at All Locations

Health Begins Here. If you are experiencing COVID-19 symptoms or have been exposed to COVID-19, Voyage Healthcare is here to help you. Visits with a provider are offered in-person at all of our locations, or via a Virtual Voyage Visit from the comfort of your own home.

Depending on your symptoms and the duration of them, your primary care provider may order one of the following COVID-19 tests:

COVID-19 Antigen Test

For patients with symptoms that have been present for less than 5 days.
This test is collected via nasal swab.
Results are usually available within one hour.

COVID-19 PCR Test

For patients who are not experiencing symptoms or have had symptoms for longer than 5 days.
This test is collected via nasal swab.
Results are usually available within 2-4 days.

Safety Protocols

VISITOR POLICY

Effective April 20, 2023, Voyage Healthcare no longer has restrictions in place for visitors attending appointments with patients.
Visitors who have been sick or have tested positive for an illness such as COVID-19, influenza, or RSV in the last 10 days are encouraged not to come to the patient’s appointment.

MASK POLICY

Effective April 20, 2023, masking is no longer required for patients when in a Voyage Healthcare facility unless in high-risk situations.
Patients will be required to mask in the following high-risk situations:
- Presenting with upper respiratory, COVID-19 and/or cold-like symptoms
- Have had high-risk exposure in the last 10 days

PARKING DIRECTIONS

Patients scheduled for COVID-19 testing only should park in the main parking lot at our Osseo office. When you arrive, please enter through our main doors, and our front desk staff will direct you for testing.
