The Plymouth Office offers primary care and specialties including Colon and Rectal Surgery, Family Medicine, Podiatry, Radiology (X-ray), On-Site Lab, and DOT Examinations.

Change of Hours

Voyage Healthcare will be temporarily closing evening hours at the Crystal Office and the Center for Women’s Health. 

Our Maple Grove, Osseo, Plymouth, and Crystal offices will close at 5:00 pm Monday – Friday.

Our Maple Grove office will continue to be open Saturday 8:30 am - 12:00 noon for Family Medicine appointments.

Voyage Healthcare now offers an Acute Illness Clinic within our Osseo office and will no longer be seeing patients in the tents in the Osseo parking lot. This transition is occurring as a way to protect our Providers and Staff from the summer weather/heat, as well as a way to provide our patients with a more thorough exam. Learn more about our Acute Illness Clinic here.

Masking: Based on current recommendations from the CDC, effective April 3, 2020, we ask that you wear a mask or cloth covering your face to your clinic visit, in an attempt to decrease the risk of transmission of COVID-19.
