Insurance Billing and the Change Healthcare Cyber Attack - April 2024

A recent nationwide cyberattack targeted Change Healthcare, a company that supports insurance verification and billing. Because of this, you may notice a delay or impact to your billing and insurance claims, which may include taking longer than usual to receive your statement. Please rest assured there is no impact to patient care and we are working diligently to address your account.  Thank you for your patience and understanding.

Health Begins Here. If you are covered by health insurance, you are strongly encouraged to consult with your health insurer to determine accurate information about your financial responsibility for a particular health care service provided by Voyage Healthcare. If you are not covered by health insurance, you are strongly encouraged to contact our billing office at (763) 587-7999 to discuss payment options prior to receiving a health care service from Voyage Healthcare.

Voyage Healthcare accepts and bills most major insurance companies as a source of payment. Please note that if your insurance company does not include Voyage Healthcare as a participating provider for your insurance benefits, you may be billed for non-covered charges or be responsible for reduced benefits.

When you come for care, please bring your insurance card as it contains information we need to file a claim with your insurance on your behalf. Co-payments are due at the time of service.  You are responsible for any amounts not covered by your insurance plan due to coinsurance, deductible, or non-covered services.

Below is a list of major insurance carriers accepted by Voyage Healthcare. Please contact your insurance company prior to your visit to make sure Voyage Healthcare is in-network with your plan.

You will be billed for any remaining balance which is due upon receipt of the statement.
