How do I schedule a COVID-19 Virus or Antibody Test?

Depending on your symptoms and exposure history, you may be scheduled for an appointment with a Healthcare Provider.
COVID-19 Virus PCR Test:
If you are experiencing COVID-19 symptoms - this viral test will tell you if you have a current infection. This is done with a nose or throat swab. Viral PCR testing is performed exclusively at our Osseo location.
COVID-19 Antibody Test:
A COVID-19 Antibody Test can tell you if you have had a previous infection and is collected with a blood draw. To improve the accuracy of the test, 21 days must have passed since any symptoms of infection. Antibody testing is available at our Crystal, Maple Grove and Osseo locations.
When are Virtual Voyage Visits available if I need one?
Virtual Voyage Visits take place during standard clinic hours; Monday through Friday between 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM.
How are COVID-19 tests and Virtual Voyage Visits billed?
They are billed to your insurance company the same way other tests and office visits are billed.
Is there anything special I need for a Virtual Voyage Visit?
It would be helpful to activate your Voyage Healthcare SmartChart patient portal prior to the visit; however, it is not necessary. The visit can be performed on any computer, iPad or smart phone with a camera and speaker.
Voyage Healthcare has three offices open for your general healthcare needs.
