North Clinic is offering a Community Education Nutrition class on January 9, 2019 from 5:30-7:30 PM at Plymouth North Clinic, Suite 100.
The class will offer nutritious recipes and quick meal prep tips for families. Dr. Jaeger will be demonstrating how to make four easy and nutritious meals using an Instant Pot and Gwenda Hill, Registered Dietician, will speak about nutritional information for each meal and demonstrate food safety techniques.
The class is limited to 25 participants ages ten and older. There will be a drawing to give away a free instant pot.
